Are You Making These 5 Self-Care Mistakes
Mistake 1
Not setting aside enough time for yourself: We're all busy, and it's hard to find a few moments here and there to do something that is just for you.

Mistake 2
Doing too much: On the flip side of not doing enough, sometimes we can do too much and over-exert ourselves.
Mistake 3
Trying to please everyone else first: While it's important to take care of others, don't forget about yourself!
Mistake 4
Not getting enough sleep: Getting a good night's rest is one of the best ways to practice self-care, yet many of us don't get enough. 
Mistake 5
Not reaching out for help when needed: Self-care isn't just about doing things on your own; sometimes, it can be beneficial to seek help from professionals or trusted friends when needed.
